Subscriptions (Tipsy Mail Club)

By purchasing a Tipsy Mail Subscription, you agree to be charged once per month for as long as your subscription remains active. Payment details are stored securely and are used only for subscription renewals.

You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Make sure to do this before your next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.

 

Subscription Processing Time

Tipsy Mail subscription orders are prepared and mailed at the start of each month.

New subscribers who sign up before the end of the month will receive the following month’s mail

For example: if you order at any point in September, you will receive October’s Tipsy Mail.

If you are already an active member, you do not need to sign up again. Your subscription will renew automatically, and you’ll be charged on your original sign-up date each month.

 

Subscription Shipping Method

UK Subscriptions:

UK Tipsy Mail orders include free shipping and are sent via standard Royal Mail. These orders are untracked.

International Subscriptions:

International Tipsy Mail orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery times vary depending on destination, and international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Other Shop Items (Prints, Pottery & One-Off Products)

Shipping costs for non-subscription items are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product and destination.

 

UK Shipping Options

Standard UK Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

Express UK Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class)

International Shipping

International shipping is available on selected products and is sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Delivery times may vary by country.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Mail

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch (UK) or 4–6 weeks internationally, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Please note that untracked mail cannot be guaranteed, but I will always work with you to find a fair solution.


Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

For Tipsy Mail subscriptions, address changes must be made before the 20th of the month to ensure your next mailing is sent to the correct address.

I’m unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
